Our project
Square ONE
Everop is about to launch a flagship project in Southern Luxembourg. It will be composed of 2 buildings totalizing 10,000 m² of real estate for the first phase on the AGORA Belval site in Esch-sur-Alzette/Sanen, on one of the biggest brown field regeneration currently under development in Europe.
The buildings will be dedicated to students housing and services providing an answer to junior students as well as seniors students accommodation. The building will include all necessary services for an upgraded student life – restaurants, cafeteria, fitness and all relevant activities and amenities necessary to a balanced student life.
The energy-efficient buildings, Everop Square ONE, designed by the architect Jean-Luc Lambert (Luxembourg) are light, almost floating in appearance. These buildings set a new standard in real estate development in Luxembourg. They are an innovative combination of modern design, user friendliness, healthy working and living environment and energy efficiency.
The U-shaped buildings both have a five ,storey main building and two five-storey wings. The U-shape creates attractive courtyards that are perfect for relaxing in, with a plaza feeling. The architectural language is pared down, straight lined and modern.
The buildings follow the principle of "green building", which has the aim of reducing primary energy consumption by at least 40% in comparison with conventional buildings and introducing the use of renewable energies. This results in lower energy costs for the tenants and users.
